Policies and Forms

Please click below to fill out our consent form & liability waiver before we proceed with welding your permanent jewelry.

Policies

  • All consent & liability waivers must be signed prior to your placement of any jewelry.  Jewelry will not be welded on to any client who refuses to sign this.

  • Sugar Spark does not provide permanent jewelry to anyone under the age of 13.  Clients under the age of 18 must come to their appointment with a legal guardian who will sign the consent & liability waiver.  Proof of guardianship must be shown with a government issued ID and school ID for the minor.

  • Sugar Spark has the right to refuse services at any point.  Circumstances may include but are not limited to; failure to act appropriately, arriving to the appointment under the influence of substances, inappropriate attire or language, creating an unsafe environment for the service to be performed.

  • The weld is guaranteed for 30 days.  If the weld breaks during the first 30 days, Sugar Spark will re-weld at no cost.  ***Please note you may have to travel to Sugar Sparks home studio to receive this free benefit.

  • Chains are dainty and are designed to give, or break, so that injury does not happen to the wearer.  If the chain breaks in the first 14 days, Sugar Spark will work with the client to resolve the matter.  Depending on the chain, we may be able to repair it.  If it is unable to be repaired, Sugar Spark will give a 50% discount on a replacement chain.  We are always willing to work with our valued customers for a suitable resolution, however, we do not cover misuse due to the wearer.

  • If at any time any jewelry that Sugar Spark placed on a customer needs to be removed for medical reasons, Sugar Spark with re-weld the piece back on after the procedure is completed. Please reach out to Sugar Spark to make arrangements.

  • Group events require a 5 day notice to cancel or rebook.  Failure to notify Sugar Spark of cancellation or changes in a timely manner will result in the deposit becoming non-refundable.

  • All sales are final once the chain has been cut.  We do not do refunds once the chain has been custom fitted and cut to fit the client.  We do not offer refunds or returns on jewelry that has been damaged due to wearer neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Just like any jewelry retailer, we do not offer refunds for lost jewelry.  If it is a true manufacturing defect, we will work with our client to resolve the issue by replacing the item with another item of equal value or a different lot as long as the jewelry with the defect can be produced for inspection.
